Crispy Chicken Cutlet with Special Sauce
at Din Tai Fung (Bonifacio High Street) (WHERE)

The chicken dish was excellent. Deep-fried to a crisp on the outside, still juicy on the inside. The Special Sauce was a sweet-sour-spicy soy-based sauce, which provided a very nice tang. Reminded me of the dish yurimgi in fusion Chinese-Korean restaurants.
We ordered 4 plates from the start, but even that wasn’t enough – 8 next time.
