Chilli Crab Xiao Long Bao

The Chilli Crab Xiao Long Bao was, like most dishes here, competent but unremarkable. I remain unconvinced that crab and pork pair well, yet the chilli component added a nice kick, vaguely reminiscent of sriracha sauce, though not much like chilli crab per se (see for example 8.098 Deep-Fried Mini Buns with Chilli Sauce).
About the chicken dish – as previously posted, the menu includes a Szechuan section – the chicken bits were nice, if a tad salty, good with beer. But in the end the plate was left with a heap of chopped chilies – extremely dry and super spicy, I wasn’t sure if they’re meant to be eaten.
