Oven-grilling, like here, is the second best way of making this dish, as the indirect heat allows for more even cooking, long enough to tenderize the chewy tendons, while avoiding over-carmelization that can result from pan-frying (see for example 7.215 LA Galbi).

The best way is grilled over live coals (see for example 7.354 LA Galbi).
