To accelerate his recovery, I synergize the recuperative power of two classic Korean comfort foods: juk (rice porridge) + sujebi (flour dumplings).
If I’ve never mentioned it before, the key to Korean-style porridge – or any Korean dish, really – is to garnish with a heap of seasoned laver and a glug of sesame oil.
