Having put down a bundle to procure a slab of wagyu strip loin, the investment isn’t really paying off. Could be that I’m not pairing the meat with appropriate sides (as here), or I’m not cooking it right (as last time), or simply that the beef just doesn’t taste that good (as the first time, even when cooked right and paired with nothing).
