Tagliatelle alla Bolognese

While many other factors together contributed to the success of the sauce, the ground wagyu ribeye played a critical role.



For lunch, I tried the baek jjambbong at Jjambbong Janggun.  It’s what used to be called “udong” on Korean-Chinese menus.  Mild yet rich broth.  A bit skimpy on the seafood, but otherwise okay.

Try Every Item at Jjambbong Janggun (TEIJJ).  I am eating my way through the menu, only 15 in all items – now 5 down, 10 remaining.
