Sent our helper to the store with list of items to buy, including “3 chicken breasts,” and she came back with 3 packs, each pack contain 2 pairs of bone-in breasts, resulting in a total of 12, so we’ll be eating a lot of chicken over the next few days.

I’ll use the bones to make stock.

I separated the inner tenderloins to make treats for Louis.

With 3 of the breasts, I made dak galbi, even though I’m terrible at it (see also 11.036 Dak Galbi).

Now I gotta figure out what to do with the remaining 9.
