Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), Day 30.
Same basic recipe (see 3.200 Saengseon Jeon (with recipe)), applied to thinly sliced pork loin (in Korean = “moksim”).
Turned out well.
However, the pieces were too big as is and needed to be cut. Better next time to cut the pieces first, along the fat lines.
