Air-Fried Pork Bellies

Seasoned with Yeondu, garlic, black pepper.  The paper liner was a mistake, as it blocked the flow of air and allowed for the fat and juices to pool, thereby creating a steaming effect; I removed it at the halfway point, when I flipped the meat over.

With every new application, I’m appreciating the air-fryer ever more, which actually makes food crispy (see also 11.308 Potatoes Golly Too, 11.312 Air-Fried Chicken Legs), and does so easily, quickly, and cleanly.
