Spicy Chadolbagi-Chicory Ddeok Guk

As per New Year’s tradition in Korea, we ate ddeok guk for breakfast (lunch, actually).
These days, I’ve been amping up my standard recipe (see 1.323 Ddeok Mandu Guk) with the addition of chadolbagi (shaved beef brisket) and chicory (see for example 11.156 Ddeok Guk with Chadolbagi and Chicory), and now with spicy marinade. I hope to post a new recipe soon.
