Having applied various meat and veg combinations to the Pulmuone yaki udon kit, this was the best yet.

The pork bellies were grilled to a crisp, cut into pieces, and set aside.  The rendered fat was ladled into a sizzling hot wok to stir-fry the broccoli stems, as well as the noodles, for additional depth of flavor.  The meat, tossed in at the final stage, provided a welcome bite in contrast to the squishy noodles.
