Spaghetti with Black Pepper Chicken Breast in Truffle Gravy

Dropping by the convenience store on the way home, I came across a line of pre-cooked chicken breast products by the local company Sajo.  Based on the packaging, the breasts are intended to be sliced and served with salad.  Reminded of Sexy Chix (see 6.024 Taste Test: Sexy Chix), I bought them out of curiosity.

As anticipated, the meat was dry in texture and briny in flavor, more like cheap processed ham than chicken, very little difference between the three versions.

I added each to a different leftover dish in the fridge.

The Mild version to miyeok guk.

The Smoked version to salsa.

The Black Pepper to truffle gravy (see 12.340 Köttbullar in Truffle Gravy).

The chicken wasn’t so great, but the truffle gravy with spaghetti was pretty good.
