Oysters in Ponzu Sauce
-Changgok, Sujeong, Seongnam, Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea-
Just raw fresh oysters + ponzu + cracked black pepper. So good.
Next time, momoji oroshi would make for an excellent topping to balance out the bittersweet umami of the oysters, and nix the pepper.
