This is the only Korean BBQ restaurant in my experience where a completely satisfying vegetarian meal is possible (see also 12.200 Banchan), perhaps even better than a meal comprising meat.

Not only the banchan per se, but also the phenomenal bibimbap made from leftover banchan at the end of the meal (see generally 12.258 Happy Things Happen Every Day).
