With stock from last week (see 13.356 Baeksuk)  – seriously, isn’t a boiled chicken the simplest, easiest, cheapest, tastiest, healthiest, most versatile, most extendable food item?

Kal guksu doesn’t typically include egg, rarely in poached form, if ever this perfectly.
