Despite what my attempts to reduce consumption of meat would suggest, I am not aiming towards vegetarianism per se, though I am beginning more to appreciate that certain dishes that typically include meat are perfectly fine if not better without meat (see for example 14.006 A Satisfactory Mapo Doufu).
