Bistrodogs in Minibuns with Sauerkraut & Mustard

The first meal (lunch) made with goodies from yesterday’s IKEA haul (see 14.205 Salmon Fillet).  Generally avoiding things like hotdogs these days – unless involving a high-quality hand-made sausage (see for example 14.172 Spicy Chicken Dogs) – but I love those minibuns, which don’t taste different, just cute.  The “bistro sausages” were pretty good, made in Korea though perhaps with a non-Korean (Swedish?) recipe, as evidenced by the neutral flavor and respectable snap (Korean sausages tend to be sweet and mushy).  The sauerkraut and mustard reminded me of New York.
