Inspired by W’s laziness a few days ago (see 15.235 Zaru Soba, Family Style), I served so myeon in a similar family-style way, for the first time ever, rather individually (see generally 1.169 Somyeon with Fish Cakes).

Much easier, though lacking the dramatic visuals of individual plating, where the noodles can be coiled into a bun and the toppings can be piled high.

Not bad.  Generous portion of tuna, while most places use cheaper and blander cuts of white fish (see for example 14.354 Hoe Deop Bap).  Vegetables kept simple.  Worth a repeat order.
