As the many tags for “broccoli” on GMTD would attest (see most recently 8.035 Beef with Broccoli), my favorite vegetable for Chinese-style stir-fries has always been broccoli.

I am so pleased and proud that this personal preference has apparently influenced my boys, who often fight over the last piece of broccoli.
