Overcooked the buchu this time (see most recently 8.190 Pan-Fried Pork Belly with Scrambled Eggs & Buchu), but still excellent.

If pork belly seems to be a frequent ingredient these days (see for example 10.121 Pork Belly Chili), that’s because W keeps buying it at the Korean market, then letting it sit around, until I’m forced to do something with it.
