Grilled Chicken Wraps with Garlic Sauce & Chili Pickle

Though entirely uncoordinated, the components came together at the last minute on the table for a near-perfect meal.

Meat (2.25).  Chicken tenderloins, marinated in yogurt, seasoned with kofta (meatball) spice acquired in Lebanon (see 9.337 Sundubu Jjigae).
Sauce (3.0).  Crappy caesar salad dressing that had turned out to be intolerable as such, whizzed in the food processor with two large handfuls of garlic cloves and lemon juice to improvise a garlicky dip, kinda like toum (see 8.337 Toum).
Spice (4.0).  Insanely hot yet irresistibly delicious chili pickle acquired in Fiji (see 10.191 Paneer Curry + Chicken Curry + Naan + Chili Pickle).
Wrap (1.25). Naan, takeout from Kashmir, not baked fresh but out of a package (see generally 10.095 Chicken Tandoori + Biryani + Hummus + Pita).

With better seasoning mix for the marinade, and better bread, this could’ve been 4.0.
