In migrating prior posts originally hosted on GMTD’s prior website to this current one (see generally NOTE re Unification), I am reminded of and inspired again to cook dishes that I haven’t made in a long while, such as Mom’s Salsa Beef (see 1.317 Mom’s Salsa Beef).  I am happy to report that it still works.
