with the Family
These days, when W is at work (she mostly WFH), and I’m responsible for making dinner for the boys, I tend to make something quick and easy (they’re not much impressed by fancy these days), something that can be doled out into bowls and eaten in our rooms (they’re not much interested in dinner table conversation these days).
Bibimbab – mixed in advance, in bulk, then doled out in individual portions, as it’s often prepared at home, when nobody’s taking photos (see generally 4.074 Home-Style Bibimbab) – is exactly that kind of thing.
Inspired recently by the BBB at Gogi Nara (see 12.258 Happy Things Happen Every Day).
With a lot of help from the banchan bar at J-Mart (see also 12.153 DIY BBB).
