Tomato Egg Soup

A nice third dish to make a tidy trio along with my two favorite dishes at this restaurant (see 13.146 Geon Dubu Bokkeum; 13.242 Egg Fried Rice).  Such a fundamental Chinese soup, I’ve never encountered it at any restaurant in Korea – I mean, how hard would it be to put egg drop soup on the menu (see generally 10.237 Primo Ultra Deluxe Egg Drop Soup)?!?!.

Personally, I don’t love the tomato part, though it doesn’t make much of a difference.
