With leftover strips of pork from the jjambbong a couple days back (see generally 17.208 Jjambbong – From Scratch (Mostly)!): velveted overnight, dusted in flour, deep-fried, sprinkled with salt, garnished with scallions.  Could be its own thing as an appetizer or part of a main dish (e.g., sweet & sour pork).
