On our recent trip to the cabin, I scored some of my aunt’s world famous pickled chilies (see generally 3.255 Gochu Jangajji) and perilla leaves (see generally 12.261 Ggaetnip Jangajji), which go with everything but especially well with anything fatty, like grilled meats.
