Adapted from a recipe on the YouTube channel Fancy Apron Cooking (see 10 Minute Tomato Soup Using Rao’s Tomato Sauce) – no cream but with parmesan, plus a drizzle of good olive oil.  Previously shown on GMTD as a side dish (see generally 17.214 Fettuccine with Bacon & Asparagus in Cream Sauce), so amazing that it deserves to be the main dish.
