IRIS (Inspiring Readership at International Schools) is a platform developed by dbBOOKS that works with the international school community in Korea to enhance access to English-language books.
This is an on-going documentation/ranking of food that I have tried at the schools while engaging in IRIS activities, such as book fairs and author visits.
While the experiences come in the context of work, my opinions are strictly personal, both as a former international school student, a current parent of 2 kids in international school, and of course as a veteran food blogger.
