Raging Bull Burgers is a burger restaurant.  Located in the BGC Shangri-La.  I’m assuming same ownership as the Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar, which had kinda set me off with its bullshit (see 8.085 Darling Downs Wagyu MS 5+ Grass-Raised, Grain-Finished Ribeye Steak).

Simple menu = good, silly proprietary names = lame – calling it a “Kickass” doesn’t make it so.

The burger was decent.  Deep clean beef flavor in the Angus patty.  Aged cheddar had a pleasantly sharp edge, properly melted, but not enough of it.  Bacon was standard, though cooked to a decent crisp.  Toppings fell short – bland tomato, tasteless shreds of iceberg lettuce, and a sliver of dill pickle.  Spicy beer mustard sauce just tasted like bittersweetish ketchup – would’ve preferred no sauce to make way for the complimentary condiments applied at my discretion.  Bun was flimsy, flavorless, ungrilled.  Not bad overall, but not enough to merit a return visit.
