Don’t know what “Shang Pei” means, nothing comes up in a Google search, though I presume it has something to do with scrambled egg whites.
Didn’t like the squishy (eggs) + squishy (fish) texture, though the delicate Cantonese-style seasoning was fine.
As documented in GMTD, I am generally partial to Chinese dishes that combine eggs and seafood:
- 5.024 Egg Fuyong with Scallops (3.0)
- 5.244 Scrambled Egg Whites with Fish & Dried Scallops (4.0)
