- 5.318 Pan-Fried Egg White with Dried Scallop (3.5)
- 6.046 Pan-Fried Egg Bean Curd, Scallop, Shrimp (4.0)
- 6.263 Fresh Scallops with Egg Whites (3.5)

The egg white gravy and seafood were fine, but the noodles were decidedly not crispy. In fact. they were unpleasantly mushy, wholly inadequate.
