The xiaolongbao at Dim Dimsum is arguably the best in Korea.  The soup is rich and perfectly seasoned.  The filling is soft and flavorful, meaty yet not at all porky.  But the main difference is the skin, which is delicate yet chewy.  Takes the top spot from Crystal Jade, though in fairness I haven’t had their xiaolongbao in years (see most recently 7.096 Xiaolongbao).
