The 11th in an on-going series of burgers experimenting with pre-made non-beef patties – the first over a year (holy fuck how time flies).

A good idea in principle – much easier than fish katsu, which requires deep-frying – but this particular brand of jeon was terrible, the fish unpleasantly mushy.
